A Day As A Project Engineer
Project Engineer:
Pros: I like the responsibility level, trust by management to work independently, variation in engineering design and types of projects. The flexible hours, dress code and family type atmosphere.
Cons: Not enough pay to justify responsibilities. Annual pay increases are small. No vision in benefits or a pension plan. Little to no upgrade courses our training invested in employees. No shift premiums for overtime. Limited advancement opportunity.

Pros: Can achieve Good Knowledge about Industry.
Cons: No use unless I start my own company or get a job in a company were company that does not corrupts from the company as well as workers.

Project Engineer:
Little or no opportunity for raise at contract negotiation. What rate you come in at is what you make forever. Those hired after you with less experience will make more.
Flex hours make this a great job for young patents so this is the trade off you make.
