Production Worker Reviews

What is it like working as a Production Worker?

September 2020
Production Worker in Indiana:
Two different rules to follow. #1 The ones who worked the hardest and have been there since the beginning are always on edge for their job. Doesn't matter once you disagree you're targeted and soon you will be left go, fired! Rule #2 completely different rules for the visa/green card holds! Shifts are longer 7am-6:30pm. They're pampered because they don't make a living wage. But their wages go to their homeland. Plus the ones that we're there from the beginning have trained them and are being replaced since Covid. Ratio of visa/green card are 22-18. 18 meaning who worked the hardest so the company made a profit.upon returning to work not your take a pay n lose all your PTO time. The PTO that was already earned before 3/20/2020 is wiped out of the system, therefore not paying the workers what they earned before COVID. A person can do somersaults to get the jobs down is not rewarded or a Thank you given. You have to fight for a near 10¢ raise.
