Extreme favoritism and manipulative mind games.
Production Worker in Austin:
Pros: A few of my fellow employees

While others are given they better jobs and allowed to do whatever they please which includes joining in harassing the scapegoats. I have been accosted personally for taking my second bathroom break of the 12 hour shift eight hours in and told to my face my eight minutes of bathroom use was thirty five minutes and it was unacceptable.
