Pros: I like the fact that they rotate people around a lot which has enabled me to learn a lot of positions such as operating, maintainance, and quality control
Cons: The lack of communication, managers rushing the process, putting quantity over quality.

Pros: If you are looking for manufacturing experience. This is the place. They pay decently but the bonuses are kind of a joke. They do have cool events throughout the year but only if you are full-time.
Cons: The pay and lack of communication between shifts and management.
