What is it like working as a Production Operator?
December 2020
It's a good and challenging job, everything here is just more than good the problem is that you're not getting payed for what production you have achieved for them.

Cons: Time

Production Operator in Melbourne:
Pros: What i like most about my job is how interesting and rewarding it can be to my own gratification. Knowing I push out around 90% of all product from this one location by myself makes me feel like I deserve a bit more recognition but even without it, I still continue to press on.
Cons: What i dislike most is the fact that I'm underpaid, the upper management (corporate) is very wishy-washy, its hard to get them to listen. They don't prioritize too well, and they seem to not want to listen to my detailed and accurate analysis on certain things. (Just like to tell me I'm wrong and disregard my findings)
October 2020
I worked 63 hours and I only got paid for 11.75.
