A good working condition.
Process Engineer:
Pros: I like the extent of managerial skill required to do a job.
Cons: The stress levels are a bit too high.

Cons: Stress that sometimes come with the job.

Pros: The challenge. Impact on process safety. Impact on supply of a major commodity. Working with people who love to challenge you.
Cons: There is too much work with little time complete tasks. Accountability of safety issues.

Constant Learning.
Process Engineer:
Pros: Always learning new things on the job which keeps you busy all the time. Being given the lead of a project as soon as I enter the industry.
Cons: Not being able to differentiate between my job and someone else's job as I end up having to do multiple parts of a project and sometimes am uncertain about whether it is correct.

Corporate Culture, Stress Levels, Lean Manufacturing.
Process Engineer:
Pros: It gives me the experience to be best in class in terms of world class manufacturing. My job focuses on continuous improvement effecting the business at large. It gives me opportunity to collaborate with. Other departments prompting team work. Exposure to lean manufacturing and six sigma creates a mindset in which projects can be set up based on variation and making sure the right measures are put in place to ensure process capability. To be able to think in an innovative way which effects the bottom line of the business at large.
Cons: Continuously demotivated by the poor salary conditions and not given a distinct direction of what are the expectations with no targets in place. Frustration on not being recognized and seems not valuable to the company due to bias agendas.

Pros: The thing I like most about my job is that I am constantly applying my skills and developing new ones.
Cons: It is difficult to move up in my current position.
