Is It Worth The Price?
President:
There are many factors in this job and many sacrifices such as time, money and stress. You must be passionate to hold this job or you will easily be disenchanted. The satisfaction and rewards come with a steep price.
July 2014
Find A Company.
President:
Leading an organization is always stressful. But if they are your problems and if you have the ultimate responsibility for solving them, then they are always more manageable. If you work for someone else - even at a President level, you often find yourself held accountable for failure when someone else overrides your decision. That's a sure way to an unhappy life. Find your own company. Risky, but perhaps less so in some ways - if you trust your own judgement. And if you don't, you shouldn't be President anyway!
June 2014
Trust your inner voice.
President:
Service excellence is the key to all business/client relationships.
April 2014
Very small family business; infighting; no room for growth.

Cons: Trying to please family Shareholders who have no appreciation for what I go through.
January 2014
