Physical Therapy Assistant Reviews

What is it like working as a Physical Therapy Assistant?

February 2019
Physical Therapy Assistant:
I love my job and co workers, however when I was hired NO ONE informed me on the salary freeze. No raises and no pay increase until further notice. I am required to stay 90% productive with an obscene amount of POS care. Along with horrible health insurance.

December 2018
Physical Therapy Assistant:
My experience has been a positive one. Nursing staff and rehab work close together making sure residents are safe. Health benefits aren't good. Cleanest facility I've worked in. Not many facilities will have the social worker toileting residents if needed be. Pros and cons to any job. Not a high turn around for employees. Most employees have been with facility since the beginning. Friendly staff. Pay is average.
