Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Whitby:
Pros: The residents that I care for on a daily basis. The constant change & meeting new clients, their families and any/all challenges I may encounter!
Cons: Difficulty in contacting the Carw Coordinator when they're needed the most. * Being called in to cover shifts, after working an extremely long day; explaining that to the person and they continue to convince you, without incentives, to go back in for a 1 hour shift. Considering I live over a half hour outside of my work area.
