Work with a company that is using up to date software and technology.

Payroll Administrator:
Make sure you know your job responsibilities before taking the job and what your salary should be. I am titled "Administrative Assistant" but I do Payroll, ADP Certified and work on Quick Books. I should have a higher salary.

I wish I had more accounting experience.

90% of the job is accounting, so we need to be good at figures.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: When other employees hold you back because they don't do their job properly.

Pros: The people I work with.
Cons: Interruptions.

Pros: Challenging as I had to figure out the salary program myself and still learning everyday as I work independently and basically setup procedures that works best for me.
Cons: Not getting the relevant co-operation from co-workers in that they do not meet deadlines and always hands in documentation at the last minutes, which put me under a lot of pressure.
