Pros: People, outside, new oppotunity, new learning field, corporate culture.
Cons: Dont have set working hours, no over time.

Pros: Being able to get outside the office and talk with customers. The relationships formed with them are great.
Cons: The stress of a surprise order with a tight deadline can take its toll.

Outside Sales Representative:
When I walk into a business I start looking around inconspicuously and learn how they operate(more of a home feel vs Corp, Strict and Diciplined or forgiving and un organized) Are they "by the Books" or more relaxed that's how you need to treat them. I still act like myself but I will speak very clearly and proper and refer to following procedures for the "business" type and I will let loose and relax with the Mom and Pops type.
