Operations Supervisor Reviews
What is it like working as an Operations Supervisor?
February 2021
Horrible.
Operations Supervisor in Houston:
Pros: My part in what I do, improving the company’s reputation.
Cons: Management, pay, the horrible communication, improvements
February 2021
It is always a management issue..
Operations Supervisor in Atlanta:
Pros: A few of the people I work with. They are the only one's I can count on to help me make it successful.
Cons: Management is not on the same page. Operstions managers should run their own operation but each one should all have the idea that is somewhat similar to avoid confusion or miss communication between shifts. Way too much shade business and some management has their favorites that they exempt from the way the management may treat others. High-school drama. Get rid of all.that and it would be a 5 star place to retire one day.

January 2021
It's like playing a game of chess with 10 different managers telling you every move you make is wrong.
Operations Supervisor in Grand Marais:
Pros: Ability to do my job on skis/snowmobile
Cons: The politics, the awful personalities, it's like a place where all the degenerates who couldn't handle a normal job come to work and then are promoted and made to make the lives of everyone else difficult. 50% of the staff get high at work. There are zero reprocussions for bad behavior. Managers have 0 power over employees and in general are just really tired babysitters.
