Over work under paid.
Operations Supervisor in Dallas:
Pros: It’s a job
Cons: Haven’t had pay increase in almost 3 years. The company keeps taking and demanding more. They make a profit but do not give back to exempt staff. I feel unappreciated, used under valued.

Operations Supervisor in Abingdon:
Inconsistent from the top down. Constantly trying to figure out how to define success. No communication from Senior management. Constant turnover of new employees, both Supervisors and new equipment operators. The culture of the building does not match the Ikea values. You don't find that out until you join the organization.
