Freedom To Make Improvements But At Unreasonable Demands.
Operations Supervisor:
Pros: I receive relative freedom to improve the company processes as I see fit. I enjoy problem solving, critical thinking and creating growth and make a company better. I am the only one who can do my job so I feel valued by colleagues.

Unrealistic demands on result and time frames for completion. Long unpaid hours. MD only interested in sales at no cost.
