Cons: -Low Pay. -Limited advancement opportunities. -Demanding hours.

Operations Supervisor:
Pros: What I like the most about my job is helping people get to their highest level of performance voluntarily and get a feeling of satisfaction at the end. That helps me grow at the same time.
Cons: What I like least is the people's bad attitude when giving them feedback about something they need to work on.

Cons: Manage obsolete systems without any type of support.

Cons: Having to watch those that work the hardest and in the most dangerous conditions get paid and taken care if so poorly by management.
