Pros: The good is very low stress with little to no challenge.
Cons: The bad is little to no challenge so there is no professional or personal growth.

To be patient with employees, don't let employees lie to you, praise in public and condone in private. Get all employees to study up on the equipment they are installing. Be proactive with customers, call them before they call you.

Pros: Employees are great to work with. Everyday is different. Keeps me challenged.
Cons: Work schedule. Long hours.
