Do not take on any extra or demanding duties not advertised in job offer. No compensation or advancement is available.
This company does not have sick days, bereavement, and has forced shut down 1 week in July and 1 week in Dec. Therefore, you do not choose your own vacation time.
If you do not have some mandarin, good luck working and communicating with your key staff in repair and electrical dept.
No annual reviews or raises, I put alot of the labor of ministry's guidelines into place, and set up some kind of organization with customer rma, manuals, handbooks, reviews, health & safety, customer service, shipping & receiving. But to no avail, no recognition or raises, they provide increases in pay yearly, regardless of the job you do, it's flat rate across the board for all employees. A good thing is friendly and casual atmosphere. Good Luck but be careful not to get exploited.
