Rewarding Work.
Office Administrator:
Pros: Helping society/community. The people I work with. Solving problems. Organizing lots of data/schedules. My cycle ride to work. Flexibility - I can alter my part time hours if convenient. Low stress levels. I don't have to take work home with me or work outside office hours.
Cons: Unsatisfactory level of communication between departments. Lack of willingness from other teams to go beyond their responsibilities. Red tape. Not as challenging as I would like - would enjoy a bit more responsibility.
