January 2014
Merchandiser:
Pros: The selection of products sold. The niche market for fancy dress and novelty items. Unexpected surprises both welcomed and stressful.
Cons: Lack of better senior company management. Unnecessary stress levels created in-house. Growing gap in relations between management (senior and lower levels) and the staff.

Merchandiser:
Pros: Working on new developments, solving issuses, working directly with my boss, traveling, reasearch.
