Good people but expectations are too high for the extremely low labor they allow us to have.

Cons: People with no experience in meat are in full control of operations and micro manage the small details while ignoring the big picture and seeing that their is literally one person scheduled to do all the work and keep up with normal production. No one has any context/experience in the things they demand

At My Store my opinion doesn't matter nobody cares if I am there or not I do not have any decision making powers about who is hired or let go? I am nothing more than a Department head. And I do not like the way they make you do allocations for each flyer ad.
