Pros: I have the skills to do the best possible job with what little attributes from upper management
Cons: Poor upper management skills. Seem to have little knowledge of the supermarket business and can’t realize the customers are the true value to the business and not their bonuses

Store could be better.

Pros: I love what I do and couldnt see myself doing anything else. I care about my dept and the store as a whole. I take great pride in doing what I can to supply my customers with a large variety of meat in a full neat case
Cons: I wish the store manager and other employees would care more and take more pride in work to provide our customers with a clean and professional store atmosphere they deserve

Challenging, but rewarding.

Pros: The pay is great, the work is consistent
Cons: Holidays tend to bring out the worst from customers. Problems that can easily be resolved can become huge issues because customers somehow feel entitled to throw a tantrum first (usually online and social media), ask questions later.
