Pros: The employees I work with are very helpful and courteous. We try and enjoy the work we do and make life as easy as possible for each other.
Cons: Management gives you the run around on any negative issue you may report. This includes problems with other employees, problems with pay or issues regarding your responsibilities. No one in management has people skills and are very non-confrontational so they find ways to retreat into excuses rather than face problems to find solutions.

Great company. Good experience. Hands on training. Friendly co workers. Great incentives. Paid lunch. 3.5 days off. Plenty of overtime. Overall 4 stars. Matching 401k starting January 1st. A lot of opportunities for cross training. Break every 3 hours. 3 breaks total.
