Material Handler Reviews
What is it like working as a Material Handler?
August 2023
It's ok. Not great tho.
Material Handler in Bloomington:
Pros: How I've taken and came so far with what I've picked up on leraning all on my own
Cons: How it's so much more self learning then someone training you
April 2023
It’s satisfying knowing the day is ready to start and everyone has what they need to start. Then just keep the flow going.
Material Handler in Tulsa:
Pros: The relaxed atmosphere
Cons: My pay
March 2023
When corporate started running things that’s when it went down hill because they are out of touch they only care about their bonuses and raises.
Material Handler in North Kansas City:
Pros: Break time, when I clock out and payday
Cons: Upper management and those they chose to run the departments. It’s who you know don’t matter if you know the job that they put in charge or hire.
June 2022
It's a warehouse job...
Material Handler in Logan:
Pros: Decent pay, 12 hour shifts = 3-4 day weekends, as much OT as you want to work
Cons: Physically demanding (lifting, counting, and separating materials), training and tech needs to improve (especially inventory control), starts to get monotonous after a while, 12 hour shifts can feel pretty long sometimes, but it's a trade off.
May 2022
Over worked and under paid.
Material Handler in Mount Sterling:
Pros: The work I do and 1 employee I work with
Cons: No training all machines are worn out and broken I have to fix and work on everything I use before I can begin. There’s no room for growth and they do not show appreciation in any form nor believe in giving raises.
February 2022
Over worked under paid.
Material Handler in Dyersburg:
Pros: We work a lot of hours to make up for the low pay
Cons: They ask you ur opinion and never fall though
January 2022
Material Handler in Reno:
Don't bother-they refuse to pay the going rate despite being short handed. But they sure don't hesitate to waste money on ridiculous and unnecessary things. Stay away. Stay far away. Too many other companies willing to pay the going rate. High turnover for this reason.
