Love my job, not management.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bossier City:
Pros: The doctor and coworkers are pleasant to work with.
Cons: My direct supervisor is a nitpicker that condescendingly chews me out for minute mistakes or for things that I made clear that I didn't do in the first place. If you're a favorite, you're safe. If not, expect to be on the radar. Good with doctors and patients, bad with boss. Can't win for doing my job professionally and correctly.
