Cons: Having to to the same thing daily.

Acquired skills in a specialty that is an increasing focus in our society (mental health, substance abuse). Have learned very much about myself and from interaction with clients, realized how I've contributed to their well being.

Cons: Rude doctors that have bad breath and roaming eyes.

Very Rewarding!
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Pros: Making people feel better about and letting them know that no matter what happens someone loves them and that they have some one there that cares for them no matter what the situation is in their lives.
Cons: Having to see love ones lose their family member they love very much. It is hard sometimes see how people suffer at the end of life.

Pros: I enjoy the work I do, and enjoy the people I work with.
Cons: Understaffed. 4 DON's in one year. A Lott of management changes and turn-over in new year.
