Pros: My patients! Floor nurses are great to work with as well as therapy department and we all work well together. My PTO is good because I’ve been there for 15 years. My direct unit manager, very helpful.
Cons: Poor management, not enough staff, poor work ethic, schedule never the same, changes every month. No appreciation for a job well done, just find faults.

Cons: Management, feeling unappreciated, feeling uncomfortable talking with DON, when my DON makes group text messages with all Nursing and Management team on it and singles out certain employees on it and the list goes on....
