Pros: The commute is short, food is great (seafood, meat & fresh vegetables etc) the area is quiet, basically no crime, safe, not crowded/congested anytime. Shops are convenient & open till quite late & cost of living is cheap. Work is fairly relaxed, lots of breaks/free time to prepare for lessons/meetings etc & colleagues very friendly & whole corporation has a very homely feel.
