Horrible experience, simply an abuser company.

Pros: It was a fully remote position long while before Covid-19.
Cons: Lack of appreciation expressed as unfair hourly rates, no benefits and no negotiation about fair improvements of employment conditions despite spending here over 6 years.

The cons are that this is a micromanaged job, it’s fairly stressful, and becomes pretty monotonous after some time. The pros are you always learn something new everyday, develop new skills and vocabulary, and the benefits.
