It was a slow start and we are still trying to get some things figured out for this new position. I am disappointed though because the manager promised a vehicle dedicated to installation/service but that isn't going to happen for a quite a while and I still need tools that haven't been approved.

Pros: My colleagues, the type of vehicles i work on and the satisfaction i get when completing my work upto my standard and timing.
Cons: The pay, the managers, the lack of staffing.

Very high turn over rate. Long days, busy schedule. You have to read manuals all the time, but you will know everything you ever wanted to know about gear, signal flow, and structural components. If you master this job, you can do anything in AVL.
