Pros: I love working the jobs that I am on. The scope and size of the projects gives me a sense of pride that I had a part in a project.
Cons: Employees I feel are under appreciated. Managers outrightly said they want to hire employees that love what they do so they don't feel as bad not paying as much. If they were to look out more for their employees they might find it easier to actually hire some much more needed hands.
