Pros: I am left to do my own planning
Cons: Almost no communication from top management down, lack of incentives for projects and lack of salary increases.

Pros: Lots of different cultures to interact with, the people are nice.
Cons: The people are horrible drivers, Commuting is painful.

Unfair pay structure, little work-life balance for families.

Pros: If you have good management, they are flexible to virtual work.
Cons: Unfair pay increases for some employees based on title, rather than actual work performed, and being at mercy of management in regards to virtual work requests. Personal mental and physical health (i.e. medical issues) are brushed aside in favor of 100% onsite mandates.
