Challenging structure.

Pros: I have autonomy in my work. My manager trusts me to get the job done, and I can provide direction on projects that I complete. I think Northwestern is always striving to be better and do better, and they hire people that feel that same way.
Cons: I feel that my work can be very isolating as I do not have a team to collaborate with on items. I think balancing the priorities of the Department with the University can also be challenging.

Cons: Nothing, I really like Kalamazoo. Too many one-way streets can be confusing for new comers. (road planning in the future could be opportunity to make it easier to get around)
