Gave me a great opportunity to connect with employees, building network, interaction with managers of different talents and knowledge. Really proud and happy that had worked in TVS.

Pros: Treating employees with equal respect and motivating employees at all levels
Cons: Was committed to my work so couldn't make time to make myself still more better by attending training classes, both technical and non technical training sessions were held all days for employees based on some criteria
