Great Experience!
Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Sparta:
Pros: Hands on experience. When I started my career in the HR world it felt more like a sectary job. I have gotten hands employee relations experience, full-cycle recruiting, workers compensation practices, etc.
Cons: Structure, at times you understand what your job includes but then other times you feel you take on more jobs that isn't in your realm of practice.
