Company Culture.
Human Resources (HR) Administrator:
Pros: I like that I have some control over the company culture, and I am able to make this a happy, people & family friendly place to work. I can help to resolve conflicts between staff, or help problem solve when someone has a personal or work related issue. I get people working together which brings them together, helps them understand and care about each other. This includes personal interaction in the working environment, as well as fun things that everyone can do together (like potluck lunches, gift exchanges at Christmas, pitching in to help a family in need, etc.) Overall, I think I have helped people be more happy at work, and when you enjoy where you work, you WANT to be there.
Cons: At times I am the 'middle man'. I don't mind this when I can help to mediate the situation while I am in the middle. The issue that I have is when I have someone needing an answer on one side, and I cannot give it because I need the person on the other side to provide me with that answer.

Effective Teamwork.
Human Resources (HR) Administrator:
Teamwork and good communication skills are efficient and effective in attaining organisational aims, goals and objectives. An organisation that provides career and professional development and training will also help boost skills and create job satisfaction and career development for employees. HR Administrators are required to attend conferences and events, and encouraged to acquire more training in CIPD courses. One needs to be approachable and confident. To become a human resource officer, you need to be tactful and friendly. Sometimes you’ll need to be firm, too. You will also need to be careful with confidential information. To become a human resources officer, you need to have: Good spoken and written communication skills. The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels, fairness and objectivity, discretion with confidential information. Also good organisational ability and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and calmness under pressure.

Busy Fast Paced Environment, Meeting Deadlines.
Human Resources (HR) Administrator:
Pros: Employing the correct people who enjoy their job role. Managing staff and providing training to ensure high performance. Enjoy working with people and providing a working environment where employees can develop and make a real contribution to the company.
Cons: Very demanding, You are responsible for 70 employees, meetings deadlines and carrying out challenging HR tasks such as disciplinary and grievances.

Cons: Very bad corporate culture and attitude. No support or training within department. High stress levels.
