Start low and work your way out quick. Realize exactly what your worth and if your employer is not willing to pay you that then move on. And hang in there. Some days are easy some are hell.

Enjoy it, but can be easy and very enjoyable, remember, the customer is always right. And replace an item a customer complains about. We eat with our eyes, remember presentation is everything!!! Yup even in Fast Food services. Follow recipes for we don't want the customers to say it tasted different one time and then the next time different. Key to keep your company recipes precise.....
