Pros: Creative responsibilities, involvement in omnichannel, creative impact on sales, working with a creative team.
Cons: Large workload, as I am the sole in-house designer.

Creating good Graphic Designs and Animations.
Graphic Designer:
Explain properly what you have made for them. If you cant, then your design is rubbish, but if you do your design is superb. Do what you want to put in your graphic design and dont leave the design whenever the design is not completed.

If you love designing and you love your job stress is secondary to the pleasure of creating your designs and the satisfaction of it being out in the market.

Many employers expect experience to get a job. Especially in the design world. Graphic designers are on every top ten of the worst paying jobs you need a degree to get. The best thing you can do is to become an intern during college and even get some freelance under your belt to boost your portfolio.
