It’s frustrating because I’m am always held back when trying to do what I know is good for the restaurant and what the customer wants.

Pros: The best thing about my job is the people/ customers that I take care of, they are the reason I have stayed so far.
Cons: What I like least is the fact that I can’t carry out what I know is necessary to make the customer experience on the highest level of satisfaction because my suggestions are consistently ignored. Also the pay rate and no health benefits.
