El Monte has upsides and downsides.
General / Operations Manager in El Monte:
Pros: I enjoy the ease of getting to El Monte. Not much major traffic around. Most restaurants and stores are privately owned.
Cons: El Monte has alot of criminal activity during the day and night. There are lots of people who do not abide by city laws and have potential for car accidents or be caught in local crime occuring. Extremely under patrolled.

Cons: The price of property is too high. No matter what I earn, I cant afford to buy the property I want.
