Pros: The casual dress code.
Cons: Long hours, politics and gossip, no one really knows what they are doing, just data entry and macros, no real learning happening, its a depressing job.

Pros: Good team - almost everyone pulls their weight. Everyone is easily accessible, including top management.
Cons: There is a very small accounting department so sometimes we can be overworked. Have a lot of responsibility and a lot to keep track of.
