Pros: I like cooking and preparing meals, Dealing with the public most of the time. Training other employees, sending food orders in, making life easier for customers to have their meals/snacks prepared for them.Employee's the month get recognised with gift cards for Royal Farms. We are like a family and work as a team.
Cons: Do not feel appreciated, do not get free or discounted meals. Raises are only .25 cents so they say.
