A demanding and rewarding job requiring tremendous people skills, organization, creativity, flexibility, vision and management skills.

Food Service Manager in Paola:
About the only difference between a food service leader and a team member is you have to cover everyone's shifts that don't show up. They really don't let you have much say in anything else. They will work you till close then back up to do donuts at 3am so don't plan on sleeping much.
