Great Entry-Level Position with Learning Opportunities.
Financial Analyst:
Pros: This position is a great entry level position in Finance. I have learned more in my 4 years with Faurecia than I ever did in my 8 years of attending Oakland University. I am offered unlimited training possibilities, Ability to work from home when needed enhances my work-life balance. My management is very encouraging and knowledgeable. I work with high level management (Sr. Managers, Directors and VP of Engineering)
Cons: The high expectations can sometimes increase my stress level. My managment has difficulty confronting problem employees which is effecting my ability to be promoted. During certain times of the month and years stress levels can been extremely high and expectations of you are often unrealistic. Certain co-workers do not carry their load but continue to squeak by and still receives raises for unsatisfactory work. She tends to take advantage of her position and will eventually force our department to make decisions that will drastically change our enviroment and cause us to recreate a process from the ground up since the employee is unwilling to cross train a sucessor with the fear that the employee will be fired for any number of inappropriate behaviors and being lazy or lacking any type of work ethic or desire to advance her skills or advance to new and exciting roles with in the company in any of the 4+ divisions. Their are a number of employees who act in this manner & sb terminated.
