Financial Analyst:
Pros: My coworkers are all on the same page with trying to make sales incentives more simple and more accurate.
Cons: Tedious repetitive tasks should be automated.

Cons: Long hours.

It's alright I guess...
Financial Analyst:
Pros: Gym at the office (but have to pay for ourselves), good manager to work for, fairly easy going atmosphere, ability to work from home when needed.
Cons: No on-site parking until 5+ years at company. Low raises/bonuses. Limited benefits (flex benefits to use up and cover cost or partial cost) - not enough for family benefits. Lack of direction with possible future growth, unknown and no distinct guidelines of opportunities.
