Having A Good Day At Work.
Finance Administrator:
Pros: My job is something that I have wanted to do for a long time and my current employer has enabled me to achieve it even though I didn't have the skills when I first entered the company. I am now very competent at my job and have the trust of my peers to carry it out effectively and to a high standard.
Cons: Nothing.

Unprofessional Management In Calgary.
Finance Administrator:
Title and salary will not match with your actual duties and there will be little or no communication with the current Area Manager and/or HR. The team environment in the shop is great but unfortunately due to the lack of professionalism of managers employees quit on a regular basis and feel an unfairness overall.

It is an easy going place to work with minimum supervision.
Finance Administrator:
Pros: I like the flexibility and being able to do what I enjoy and do best.
Cons: The company is small and there are no real policies or procedures to deal with human resources.
