It is been very rewarding considering I have been involved in change to move with the times. I like to be part of the team and to be able to work toward a better future.
Finance Administrator in Toronto:
Pros: I like the independence and the fact I can be part of the decision process of my duties.
Cons: I find the motivation from High Management to be poor with lack of incentives to good workers . Workers like me that are devoted to their work and go above expectations should be rewarded. Specially when the work they do recovers costs. And my salary is very basic and there is no bonus or any other incentive.
