Jakarta has a lot of opportunity and jobs depending on your profession and skills are. It's just like a capital city anywhere else in the world.

Pros: The people are often chill not that strict, the environment is quite comfortable, and it's not that high of a pressure.
Cons: Most people still don't know how to manage their team well, how much salary/payment should they get for their employee, low salary but expect high professional outcome.
