Facing Change.
Field Service Technician in Auburn:
Pros: There's a good team structure. This is my second job for a material handling company, and they are by far better in this regard. The support is there when it is needed, and I feel encouraged to move forward with new challenges.
Cons: Higher management doesn't always listen to the people below. They sometimes make decrees from the top that make the tasks more difficult or impossible for technicians. Sometimes this can endanger relations with customers.

Cons: Sometimes takes too long to order and receive new tools

To fulfill demands the tech must be very autonomous, knowledgable in Network, Electronics, handy, troubleshoot and problem solving mind, able to work under pressure, under staff, god time managment, client service, reporting for official documentation, coding, communications electronic protocols fluent, bilingual service, 90% self management schedule with clients, and with team. ready to travel (not good for familly life)
