A good job being whittled away by bureaucracy.

Pros: I get to work with large and complex systems, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining them in a data center environment. Tackling complicated technical issues and solving problems gives me a lot of satisfaction.
Cons: The overgrown bureaucracy has made providing quality support nearly impossible. A 75% reduction in my team alone has left those of us remaining to worry about our jobs while trying to juggle the workload of a much larger team. Morale is low and stress is high, which makes enjoying the better parts of the job difficult, at best.
