Pros: My job is interesting and satisfactory as an Field Service Engineer with demands that are consistently as expected
Cons: I feel that sometimes my direct manager (6th) is not suitable for that position and that has affected my ability to deliver the results to do my job properly as needed and therefore sometimes does not meet the customers expectations

Weather is good, working in the environment isn't good. People are not doing their job and others are getting the blame for it, policies are not being followed, even Directors overlook some areas due to their own biase decisions.
